**Changes:** - Phase 0: Validate that post will fit on Bluesky (with estimated link length) - Only post to Mastodon AFTER validation passes - Extract real Mastodon URL and calculate actual Bluesky post - Add --additional-text flag to append extra content to Bluesky post - Better error messages showing character breakdown - Prevents posting spam to Mastodon when Bluesky validation fails **Workflow is now:** 1. Validate Bluesky will fit (estimated with link) 2. If valid, post to Mastodon 3. Extract Mastodon URL 4. Build Bluesky post with real URL 5. Post to Bluesky with final verification
